This way makes the buying process more and more easier and may speed up checkouts, which makes it less likely that users will abandon their carts.

This tutorial will show you how to set up WooCommerce so that when a customer adds an item to their cart, they are quickly redirected to the cart page.

Why Redirect Users to the Cart Page?

There are many reasons to send your customers to the cart page after they’ve added  an item to their cart:

How to Set Up Cart Redirection in WooCommerce?

Step 1: Go to your WordPress dashboard.

At first, go to your WordPress admin dashboard. Then go to the woocommerce settings page.

Step 2: Then go to WooCommerce Settings.

This will navigate you to the main WooCommerce settings page, where you can change many things about your e-commerce store.

Step 3: Click on the Woo-commerce Products tab.

This will be found at the top of the woocommerce settings page.

This tab has all of your WooCommerce store’s settings for products.

Step 4: Then how to turn on the “Redirect to Cart” option.

Scroll down to the part that and show “Add to cart behaviour.” Turn on the box where you will show “Redirect to the cart page after successful addition”. Flow this picture.👇

When a customer adds a product to their cart, this option will make sure that they are taken to the cart page right away.

Step 5: Save the changes

Once you’ve turned on redirection, scroll to the bottom of the page and hit “Save changes.”

This will make the change to your online store, and after adding things, users will be automatically taken to the cart page.

Using Plugins to Do More Advanced Redirecting. Like give a custom URL or  different pages based on their user role.
